- 3. China + India = already 32% of global Internet with lots of room to grow 49% coverage 24% coverage
- 4. US + Europe = only 14% of global audience with very little growth 84% coverage 85% coverage
- 5. “We” are already less than "the <20%"
- 6. UK & France already smaller than Nigeria
- 7. Still we assume we have a global perspective “What % of Internet usage is desktop, mobile, tablet or console”
- 8. And some of the smartest people in our world believe mobile is the future
- 9. But in the Majority World mobile is already the present
- 10. With Middle East & Africa growing the most
- 11. When our kids are parents, Africa will be 25% of population
- 12. The future is happening in Nigeria, India & South Africa
- 13. Maybe these guys are onto something?
- 14. We’ve seen this movie before…
- 15. Smart money pouring back into Asia
- 16. Looking to repeat the epic tales of when new means of transport and trade create huge new economic empires and mass movements
- 17. Except this time the empires have new materials Messaging Blockchain Peer-to-peer connections Distributed Trust
- 18. And of course mobiles

- 25. Where even those in work have less collective representation than ever before
- 26. Their Governments are in debt and find it hard to invest in public services
- 27. Yet tech giants have enormous balance sheets
- 28. And the financial markets have created >100 new Unicorns
- 29. There are now 121m Zebras on Facebook “interested in Entrepreneurship” +119% y/y
- 30. Some cities are becoming centers of entrepreneurial gospel Zebras as % of city population
- 31. Stanford is like the Vatican for Zebras Zebras in top 5 unicorn universities
- 33. Are we living in a fairy tale?
- 34. Or just a new strange world of Zebras and Unicorns

- 36. These companies and their millennial workforce are defining our new reality
