My Biome Adventure in Baguio By: Rodrigo Gabriel B. Abaño
Baguio City is located in the province of Benguet. It is known for being the Summer Capital of the Philippines. Location
The average temperature is from 15-26˚C The weather follows the Philippine seasons. Due to its high altitude, it has the largest amount of rainfall in the country. Climate
Considered as “fiery” because of its red leaves. Fiery Ti plant
Scientific name: Fragariaananassa Picking season is from November to April Strawberries
They are characterized by opening their flowers by growing new cells on the inner surface of the petals to force them outward Kalanchoe
They are derived from the horse stock brought into the Philippines by the Chinese, Brazillian and South American dealers and traders. Baguio Light Horse
Their bloodlines are a diluted mix of the various horses that exist in the area, as well as Spanish and Arabian horses. Baguio Pony
As a student taking up HRM, it will be my duty to oversee, maintain, and improve upon the performances of the employees of the future companies that I would handle. If the biome were to collapse then my employees would be directly affected through either their worry over their families or over what would happen to them. If such a thing were to happen, they would lose their ability to perform to the standards that are set, which is something that as a HRM practitioner would not allow to happen. Importance to my course
