9. As a student taking up HRM, it will be my duty to oversee, maintain, and improve upon the performances of the employees of the future companies that I would handle. If the biome were to collapse then my employees would be directly affected through either their worry over their families or over what would happen to them. If such a thing were to happen, they would lose their ability to perform to the standards that are set, which is something that as a HRM practitioner would not allow to happen.
