13. Learnings
The value of our accredited programmes to confidence and
engagement is immense and helps build people from the inside
out.
People loved the work related learning and the links to the
business – our values and behaviour made it personal and
confirmed pride.
We underestimated the commitment required to the amount
of work involved and have not had enough time to reflect
