I am a hardworking and reliable person who is looking for a career path within

drawing which has followed on fromschool, I enjoy socialising with my friends

2. Employment History:
Excelsior Stadium
Whilst at college I worked parttime at the Excelsior Stadium (Airdrieonians F.C.
home stadium) in Airdrieserving customers refreshments and food. At times this
put me under a lot of pressuredueto the level of custom, but I never once
buckled.
Bilfinger Europa-
Started:24/11/2014, employment ended10/07/2015.
Within my role with Bilfinger Europa I havevarious tasks in my day to day role, I
have experience working on their helpdesk dealing with the every day queries
fromclients and their engineers, my role was to log jobs at a fast pace and also
answer calls inbetween doing so. I also worked within their Procurement
department where I would be dealing with their sub contractor queries and
arranging for services to be carried out on equipment within the sites.
Whistl-
Started:15/07/2015, employment ended4/12/2015.
Within my role with Whistl my duties included dealing with the day to day mail
that came into the building, answering phonecalls, dealing with e-mails,
spreadsheets, databases, theCRM system, filing and other basic administration
duties. I would be responsiblefor customer contracts and the arrangementof
accounts being set up for new customers.
Ingen Technical Services-
Started:05/02/2016, employment is still ongoing.
Within my role within Ingen my duties vary. I help cover reception when the
receptionist is on holiday and on her lunch, my tasks here are to answer the
phone, deal with the mail, meet and greet clients and respond to e-mails, to
creating Operation and Maintenance manuals for every site we do works on.
