5. Absences
If you are unable to attend an event…
• Contact an executive member by emailing
byrnecreekleoclub@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the
event and find a replacement
• Absences without a legitimate excuse will result in a strike
• If you receive 3 strikes you will not be considered for future
events

Orientation

• Location: Byrne Creek Secondary (in B102, Ms. Fujiki’s)
• Description: Assist with orientation of international students
• Volunteers: 4 more for Tuesday Morning, 6 more for Afternoon
• Dress code: Leo T-Shirt
Must attend MANDATORY TRAINING SESSION
on Monday January 27th at 9:00 AM in B112!
