2. What are women in Afghanistan Women in Afghanistan are the women who didn’t have any rights and were tortured if they tried to correct their country’s policies. These broken policies mainly effected women It was happening in the year 1996 Women in Afghanistan have to wear a burqa which they didn’t want to wear. All of the women’s rights have been lost

3. Wonderings These were some of the wonderings that were being asked by many people in my research so I answered them! Q.1 Was it just the Taliban who persecuted the women? Answer: No king Amahullah did this too! Q.2 I wonder if any other country was doing this? Answer: No it was just Afghanistan. Q.3 Were any people in the Taliban killed by women Answer: Yes, 2% were killed by women.

4. The Taliban The Taliban is a group of men that want to take over the world. They want to start by taking over their country but it’s not easy being in the Taliban because that group of men have been known for the most deaths in the world. Who are they: students of islamicknowledge movement.

5. King Amahullah King Amahullah was the ruler of the Taliban. As king he was in forcing the rules so the Taliban would get what they want whenever they want. The Afghanistan women were happy when he died so the Taliban took control which was breaking the lands policy.

6. Women and the injures and deaths Why did women get hurt? Because the Taliban wanted to take over and they were forced to marry which they didn’t do. How many women died? 1,271 deaths and 1,997 injuries Who was the main killer? The group called the Taliban and King Amahullah

7. The rules These are the rules for women: Women should not be on the streets without a relative Women should not wear high heeled shoes Women should not speak loud Women should have all windows painted over No photography of women allowed Anything with the word women in it is renamed Women are not allowed on balconies Women are not allowed on TV, radio etc If nail polish is caught on a women's nail, their nail is cut off

8. What has been done to solve this The US government is protecting women in Afghanistan so that the Taliban never come back and torture their life.

9. What I could of done about it I want to warn people in Afghanistan. I want to save Afghanistan women. I want people to get involved and fight for justice. I want to help people’s knowledge by showing them how Afghanistan women are being treated badly. I want to set up a website ( which I am currently doing) and show the world about this. People can get involved with it!
