ABOUT US Kertak Nanotechnology s.r.o. dynamically growing company from the Czech Republic(founded in 2009) the first and the only supplier of inorganic nanofibers on an industrial scale in the world licencees for electrospinning of TiO2, Li4Ti5O12, Al2O3, SiO2, ZrO2 nanofibers capable of manufacturing other oxide, metal, carbide or nitride in nanofibrous structure materials own R&D department – well respected team of experts cooperation with Universities and R&D Institutions in the Czech Republic and worldwide reliable partner for companies operating on nanotechnology field www.kertaknanotechnology.com
WORLD OF NANO At least one dimension less than 100 nm. Industry accepts fiber diameters below 1,000 nm. NANO FIBERS TUBES PARTICLES Severalmanufacturers Theonlymanufacturer Many manufacturers www.kertaknanotechnology.com
INORGANIC NANOFIBERS MANUFACTURED BY ELECTROSPINNING PATENTED TECHNOLOGY UNIQUE PROPERTIES composition: possibility to produce a number of kinds of inorganic substances (e.g. TiO2, SiO2, ZrO2, TiN, NiO, Ni, CuO, Cu etc.) with desirable crystal structure (e.g. ZrO2 as monoclinic, tetragonal or cubic crystal structure) purity and doping: possibility to modify nanofiberous material in respect to its purity and doping level with various elements (e.g. TiO2 can be doped with noble metals)  nanofiber size: possibility to modify the dimensions of nanofiber product (diameter of fibers) specific surface area www.kertaknanotechnology.com
INORGANIC NANOFIBERS TUNABLE PARAMETRES OF INORGANIC NANOFIBER PRODUCTS ,[object Object]
Crystal phase composition of the inorganic nanofibres – TiO2, Al2O3 and ZrO2based products can be tuned by means of their crystal phase . Crystal phase of these materials can play the critical role in many potential fields of application according to their different properties.
Chemical composition of inorganic nanofibres – according to different demands of potential applications, the properties of the products can be involved by their chemical composition too. The composition of inorganic nanofibres can be easily tuned by:a) doping with metals (e.g. rare earth metals: Nd, Pr, Ce, Eu, transition metals:V, Cr, W, Co, Cu, Pt, Ag, or other elements) b) mixing of various oxides together (e.g. SiO2-Al2O3, TiO2-SiO2, ZrO2-Y2O3etc.) www.kertaknanotechnology.com
INORGANIC NANOFIBERS WHAT ARE THEY USED FOR? Adding extra new features to existing products Cosmetics, high temperature filtering, paints and coatings Substitution of currenttly usedmaterials in existing products Solar cells, Batteries, Cosmetics (objectionable nanoparticles) Enabeling development of Entirely new products Gas sensors EnabelingdevelopmentofEntirely new solutions New materials for buildings (material that produces, stores energy and also has heat insulation and sound absorption attributes) www.kertaknanotechnology.com
