13. Commercial Landscape Surcharges
Exemption:
• Schools, colleges, parks, cemeteries, golf courses and
athletic fields are exempt from surcharges under Water
Conservation, Drought Level I, but not Drought Level II
(and Drought Level II)

14. Enforcement
• Makes Excessive Usage a Violation of the Ordinance
• Violations of Ordinance May be Enforced by:
1. First Offense- Verbal or Written Warning
2. Subsequent Offenses:
Municipal Court- Code Enforcement
Civil Court- Injunction
Disconnection of Service
