BA HEALTHCARE developed with GE Healthcare a special AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) that is embedded in a full solution for interventional radiography. The system, Discovery IGS, is commercialized by GE Healthcare. BA HEALTHCARE is leading other projects in the field of rehabilitation robotics and people autonomy. One of them is a walk rehabilitation robot which is a therapeutic device. The second is a new device that will help elderly and/or disable people to stay home longer by giving them more autonomy to move. BA HEALTHCARE is also willing to provide its expertise in precise motion control and reliable autonomous robotics to any healthcare project. ROBO-K is a robot designed to reeducate patient with walking deficiency from neurological origin, it includes a mobile base allowing the patient to roam freely. It optimizes the therapeutic process by adapting constantly the difficulty of the exercises according to the patient's performance. Non- invasive neuromodulation is a family of technologies, including neurofeedback, low-power electricity (TDCS), or magnetic fields (rTMS). They induce a lasting normalization of brain activity and have been demonstrated to be an effective treatment for major CNS conditions. Our first product is an innovative, mobile, and personalized neurofeedback training (NFT) system for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This medical device, ADHD@Home will provide an alternative to symptomatic psychoactive medication like methylphenidate (MPH). ADHD is a major Public Health issue affecting 5% of children and a fast growing therapeutics market estimated to reach $10B by 2020. InJuneof2015,wewereawardedamulti-millioneurogrant by the European Union, under the highly competitive H2020/SME Instrument program, to finalize our ADHD product and finance the required randomized clinical trial. This RCT is scheduled to start in Q2 of 2016 with the assistance of 10 centers in Europe (FR, NL, DE, SP …).
