   Intrinsic Motivation: the driving force to do
    something for fun or for the greater good

   Extrinsic Motivation: the driving force to do
    something due to external factors like praise,
    money, recognition, rewards
Autonomy: is the urge to direct our own lives

Mastery: is the drive to perfect a certain skill

Purpose: to do something for the greater
  good
   Intrinsic motivation is generally stronger than
    extrinsic
   New teaching methods can really improve
    performance in UB classrooms.
   It’s just a very interesting topic overall
