Brad Pearson became a Realtor at 21 after serving 4 years in the US Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller during the Gulf War. His claim to fame as an agent was his success in taking 21 listings his first 45 days in the real estate business, all by knocking expired and FSBO doors.
