• start early 早く始める
• outline your conference カンファレンスのアウトラインを決める
– small, cheap, community-oriented, one-track
小さく、安く、コミュニティ志向、1トラック
• Venue is one of the most important things
場所は最も重要な要素の1つ
• "People" (not only Speakers) are "the other" most important thing
"人"(講演者に限らず)がそれ以外の重要なもの
• The Date 日程
– Availability of the venue
場所が借りられること
– Availability of speaker
講演者を呼べること
– Don’t clash with other conferences
他のカンファレンスと重ならないこと
• Don't get flooded like this year! 今年みたいな洪水はもうやめてね！
• You have to Reject (by voting) リジェクトしないといけない（投票で）
• Lightning Talks are Great! LTは素晴らしい
