"The 7 Essentials of Synergistic Partnerships" tries to address this problem by identifying the 7 key factors that influence synergistic partnerships. Essentials, such as trust, open communication, leadership and efficiency have proven to be the most important predictors of partnership synergy... and these are the very same essentials we will tackle in this unique program. In this program, we intend to help participants: 1. Develop trust and cohesiveness in their partnerships by following a “trust formula” 2.
