presentation as lovely
and creative as they
ever imagine.
This is worth-studying
for students and
presenters.
The program that can be
used are:

• Prezi
PowerPoint Advanced
Presentation Skills
• Hyperlinking
• Timing
Hyperlinks
• Allows you to jump to
another location.
• It makes presentation non-
linear by connecting it with
other slides, documents
and web pages.
Steps in making Hyperlinks:
1.Highlight the text or image and click
on the action icon in the Links Group.
2.Change the radio button to Hyperlink
to : and choose the appropriate item.
Note that you can insert internet
hyperlinks (using the URL option) via
this method as well as the way
described above.
3.Click OK when you are ready.
Steps in adding Hyperlinks:
1.Select desired object on your slide. Go to
the INSERT tab and click the Hyperlink
button as demonstrated in the picture.
2.In the open window, click Place in this
document under link to. Choose the slide
in your presentation that you wish to use
as a destination, then click OK.
3.If you have a custom slide shows (a
certain sequence of slide) then tick the
show and return checkbox.
4.Click OK when you are ready.

Why does knowing
Hyperlinking is important?
It is important because it can
makes your presentation more
organized .Through this you’ll
learn other PowerPoint tricks,
such as linking to a YouTube
Video, changing hyperlink color,
configuring navigation and others.
Timing
 Your presentation doesn’t need
anything just play and it goes
along any type of background
recordings or music. It is way
creative than the normal
PowerPoint presentation in which
it is like a video presentation .
Steps in making Timing:
1.Make a presentation first, after it insert audio and
set it as play as background in Playback.
2.Go to animation and set the style you want.
Set the duration and delay if necessary.
3.Add transition and select styles that you want for
your presentation.
4.At the first slide set it in ‘with previous’ and at the
remaining slides make it ‘ after previous’.
5.Do it to all to your PowerPoint video presentation
through the use of timing.

because we needed it for a
lot of activities that we need

decide for how he/she manipulate the presentation.
Steps in Making Prezi
Presentation:
Using your computer, start your internet browser
and navigate the www.prezi.com. Once there
click on the blue “get started” but on the top
right hand side of the website.
Once you click on, “Get Started you will be
redirected to a page that list a variety of
different pricing options for those who
wish to pay a monthly fee to get extra
features. Create your free Public account.
STEP 2: SET UP AN ACCOUNT
Using your computer, start your internet browser
and navigate the www.prezi.com. Once there
click on the blue “get started” but on the top
right hand side of the website.
Once you logged in, you will be greeted with a
welcome screen click on “Get Started”. Then
“Start Creating” button that appears once you
click on the welcome prompt disappearance.
STEP 3:DASHBOARD
Once you are in the dashed board, Click
on the “Create a new Prezi” to get started
on making new prese
STEP 4: START A NEW PREZI
Once you click on the start blank Prezi
button , the prompt will disappear and
you will be able to see your canvas.
STEP 5: START A BLANK PREZI
To create new Frame, Click on the left corner of the
page where there is a circle with a + symbol in the
middle, you can change the shape of the new frame
before adding it by clicking on” Circle Frame” button
and selecting from bracket.

Adding Text, Click inside the frame and
simply add text you want to include. Give
your frame a title by selecting “title” from
