IT WAS THE FIRST STEP IN TAKING MOST OF
THE KINGS POWER.
THEY TOOK STEPS TO TRY AND GET RID OF THE
MONARCHY TYPE OF GOVERNMENT, SO IN A WAY THE
MAGNA CARTA WAS A FORM OF RULE OF LAW BECAUSE
IT WAS A SET OF RULES FOR THE PEOPLE TO FOLLOW

It took place in England, and William III took power
as King.
The English Bill of Rights.

It took made certain rules or laws for Monarchs.
It also took the power of the kings.
