2. The Training board shall be guided by ref s (a) and (b) in the execution of their duties. The
Training Board shall prepare the Unit Training Plan, supervise and control training. Manage the
unit Training Plan by scheduling drills exercises departmental training periods, professional
development and schedules for accomplishing general military training.
3. This designation shall remain in effect while you are assigned to this unit, unless revoked by
higher authority or myself.

1. In accordance with references (a) and (b), you are hereby designated as the Assistant Training
Petty Officer for CG STA FAIRPORT.
2. Your Duties and responsibilities as outlined in the above references are to ensure r
departmental training and PQS/JQR programs are established and implemented. Monitor
qualification programs and ensure documentation is appropriate, implement and monitor
recurrent training. Assign or act as instructor for each training period. Advise the Training
Officer or OIC of training progress and deficiencies, and ensure the accuracy and currency of
individuals training records for assigned personnel.
3. This designation shall remain in effect while yollare assigned to this unit, unless it is
rescinded by and appropriate authority.
