BRANDY MILAZZO is a partner in the corporate practice group in the Charlotte,
North Carolina office of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP. Her principal areas of
practice are technology, supply-chain and outsourcing transactions, mergers and
acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, commercial business
transactions and other general corporate work.
