There are many different materials-things- around us like
Anything-any object- around us is a matter
For example: Pen, cloth, fruits, cars, pencil, book…etc.
- Matter: is anything that has a mass and volume
or
it is everything that has a Mass and occupied a part of space.
Note
To deal with matter we need to know-measure- its length, mass & volume.
- Mass: is the amount of matter that the object contain
Note That: Mass of ice-cream 1 > 2 > 3 is larger than mass of 2&3 why??
Because it has more matter-ice-cream- in it than in2 or 3
and also ice –cream 2= 4 because they have the same amount of ice cream in them
