Then out of Customer Service do you get returning, what is your retention ?Then what if you don’t do marketing. Get into many things here. Because most people think they need more leads, though sometimes they need to tidy up their internal sales and service.
  9. Database – Being able to be reminded everyday the sales and follow up that need to be done. Recently implemented Capsule in a few sites and honestly they have loved it. No need to remember anything at all. Sales Process. – Being clear on your Pre Sales, During and Post Sales – Do you have handouts, using commitment objectives and positioning statements. Video Quotes, Email Communication Personalised Automation – Making things more automated for the prospects. Follow Up – Follow Up – Follow Up Retention Rates – Mapping out from first session what is the steps during the process.
  10. Wow and Consistency – Using the ideas of buying the fish filter and the emails I received. Be careful of Over Servicing – You can do more by giving great. Positioning – Step them out how the processes work. All about referrals, ask, if you provide awesome service. After Sales Wow – Use the chef, lounge selling, deck party, buy first round of groceries, free mowing from a Handy Man service on larger jobs.
  11. Referrals – Whether Social Media, Existing Customer, Networking Groups etc. Drill down in to Social Groups online etc. Also referral campaigns. Google Adwords / SEO / Website things / Blogs / etc. Great call to Action. Strategic Alliances – How can you build these. – Getting onto other people’s newsletter etc. PR – Being the authority – Setting things up so you have a great story. Traditional Marketing – It still works, have a great call to action and anything is possible. – Letter Box Example
  12. Do one of these area ever month as goals. Watch the difference. For instance, AB Honey focusing on Cash Flow every week for 1 hour. The difference is incredible. Also a client who just focused on sales process for the month. Amazing.
