28. How to Submit Data for Giving Score
1 In the Data Health Center, on the Giving Score row, click Submit Your
Data.
2 In the Create Giving Score Export File, enter your Name, Phone
Number, and Email Address as indicated.
3 Click Submit File Now to send the file to Blackbaud.
4 Click OK.
5 Allow 48 hours for processing. The Giving Score process is automated,
and you will receive an automatic email once the file is ready for
download in the Data Health Center.

29. How to Submit Data for WealthPoint
1 Open a constituent record in The Raiser's Edge.
2 Click the Web Services on the toolbar.
3 Click WealthPoint Search.
4 Results are displayed with options to download specific wealth details to
RE or Copy All to RE.
5 Close the search results to view the WealthPoint Profile on the Media tab
or review the wealth and philanthropic gift details on the Prospect tab.

1 Select the Tools menu.
2 Click Action Tracks.
3 Click Assign Constituent Action Tracks.
4 In the Which track do you want to assign? menu, select the action
track.
5 Mark One constituent or Selected constituents, and enter the
constituent or query name.
6 Click Next.
7 Highlight the appropriate action to begin the track.
8 Enter a date into the Date field.
9 Click Next.
10 Answer the yes/no questions.

33. How to Assign a Solicitor Relationship
1 Click Records on the toolbar.
2 Click Constituent.
3 Open the constituent who will be solicited.
4 On the Relationships tab, click Assigned Solicitors.
5 Click New Assigned Solicitor.
6 Enter the solicitor name in the Solicitor field.
7 Enter the solicitation details, such as date range, campaign, and notes.
8 Click Save and Close.
