Hi, so I have the gel at h
h h l home, I tryed it twice already. However I have one small problem. Firstly, I tested it with a pack, I massaged it

and warmed up myself next to the heating. It heated nicely and even got red a lot. Secondly, I applyed the gel on the belly, I massaged it
and limbered it. I do not run or so, I exercised a serie of sitting/lying positions only and exercise right the belly. But it did not heat at all
and even did not get red. Personally, I think you cannot gain anything without an exercising, but on the other hand it has to heat and
the skin should get red. But it happpens to me while warming with the heating only or „termofor“ (hot‐watter bottle). So now I do not

know what is the effective method, exercising without warming or warming without exercising? Please, give me an advice…
