Born and raised in Hong Kong, spent his teenage years in Ottawa, Canada, earned his BFA at Pratt Institute (Brooklyn, NY) and worked in the fashion industry in New York City (DKNY), and now living and working in China, Bill understands the culture of both East and West – and enables him to blend both ways of thinking and reach to the target audience fluently. Having a BFA in graphic design and work experience in the fashion industry helps him bring lifestyle elements into the ideas.
