• Avoid any activity which causes
anxiety.
• Avoid solving tough problems
under any circumstances, as it
may affect your confidence.
• Don’t study anything new, focus
on what you have studied till
now.
3. • Avoid talking to friends as they
can make you nervous.
• Stay confident but don’t be
overconfident.
• Get sufficient sleep.
• Simulate JEE conditions. Tune
your biological clock with JEE
timings.
• Treat every day as JEE day.
4. Stay fresh and healthy
• Try to be relaxed and cool.
• Eat healthy and fresh food
like fruits and salads.
• Avoid junk food or heavily
fried food.
• Go for a morning walk.
5. What to revise
• Revise some concepts from
your copy.
• Revise the important formulae’s.
• Have a look on previous year
JEE question papers.
• Align yourself towards the main
aim.
6. At the Examination Centre
• Reach your centre an hour
before the exam.
• Don’t panic incase you are
struck in traffic jam.
• Avoid students discussing
about the subjects.
7. During the Examination
• Read the instructions very
carefully like which questions
carry negative markings, which
are multiple correct etc.
• Don’t panic if the questions are
tough as it will be tough for
everyone.
8. • Start answering the subject you
are best at, as it can improve
your confidence and will help in
other subjects.
• Don’t circle the OMR sheet after
each question. Put a tick on the
question paper and then bubble
all the answers in the end.
9. • If you feel low on energy then
you can have some
chocolate.
• If possible try to be away from
the test centre during the
break.
• Drink water as it brings down
anxiety and increases
concentration.
