The neighbors play bagpipes and sing "Can you
feel the love tonight?" from The Lion King
soundtrack at the top of their lungs at 3 am
The radiators NEVER go off...and the dumpster
disappears for one weekend a month.
The neighbor across the bathroom window
shaft-way likes to smoke out the window (hence
smoking right in your bathroom
