requirements. Establish working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and keep senior
executives (non-technical Program Directors and VPs) informed of project accomplishments/issues through
monthly meetings and formal presentations.
o Manage on time delivery of Taiwan Black Hawk valued at ~320M dollars (Production and new Development
Program) to the end user
o Facilitated multiple organizations integral to making Black Hawk Helicopter delivery on time to the end user
o Perform risk management with internal and external stakeholders on a monthly basis and monitor risk on all
programs. Use Systems Engineering Risk Management processes to categorize risk based on scope, cost,
quality and schedule.

o Manage cost through Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Contract Operating System (COS), and
schedule using Primavera. In charge of leading a team to create a project in Primavera with Milestones, Work
Breakdown Structure and following Critical Path.
o Manage and control multiple suppliers and work with procurement to generate SOW. Excellent negotiation
skills in conducting procurements and submit Purchase Orders (PO).
o Received Level 1 Award (highest level award) for undertaking a program, behind schedule and over budget,
and turned it around to bring on track and under budget.
ACE Standard Work (Transferring to Six Sigma)
o Lead a team to create Schematics Tracker Tool for Standard Work.
o Responsible for an innovative solution for a DIVE effort and Kaizen event, to reduce the number of Turnbacks
written against schematics. Solution was to create a schematic training course to be part of standard work.
o Created a Front End Tool for QCPC Manager for Avionics.
o Re-designed ACE Dashboard Quicklinks Tool to achieve a central database for standard work.
International S70i Lab Design and Testing
o Successfully lead a team to design and complete the S-70i Systems Integration Lab which is currently used to
test Saudi Arabia Air National Guard and Brunei customer specifications.
o Created multiple Purchase Orders (POs) with a Statement of Work (SOW) for the FLIR, Laser Arming Panel,
Radio’s and oversee the vendor in execution of the product.
o Managed an effort to integrate the Forward Looking Infrared and Digital Video Recorder into the lab to perform
Engineering Test Procedures (ETPs).
o Responsible for demonstrating formal ETPs (FLIR, DVR, MXF-4027 Radio, IFF) to quality assurance.
o In charge of managing a team to integrate multiple subsystems (ARC-906 Radio, Forward Looking Infrared
Laser and Digital Video Recorder) into the Blackhawk Aircraft from initial design to final on time delivery to
the customer.

o Designed, developed and tested prototype Ethernet Switch and Digital Video Audio Recorder used as Mass
Memory (DRMS) for Terrain Navigation System for the A-10 and Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTVs).
o Managed the program budget (8 Million) which resulted in cost savings of 10% and met the goal for research
and development of transitioning a project into an Air Force Contract. Provided weekly status to ensure proper
communication of all work efforts, identified issues and flowed down new requirements per Six Sigma
standards. Successfully demonstrated an innovative (DRMS) solution to the Air Force and the R&D project
contract was successfully awarded for the A-10 program.
o Interfaced with Software Engineers to ensure detailed requirements for the DRMS were understood and
followed in order to stay 100% on schedule.
