Here at Syndicate Creative Branding, our goals are to
assist companies with brand, marketing and
advertising challenges that will achieve growth,
profitability and competitive advantage. Brand assets
can be identified, leveraged, & managed to create
value for your organization. We work closely with
clients to drive bottom line results with a fact-based
approach.
     From brand conceptualization to brand
creation, our process ensures that the result of
creating a powerful brand strength that attracts
brand loyalty and assured financial returns. Our team
of professionals are dedicated to delivering
measurable results for our clients, and advancing the
knowledge base of brand & marketing/advertising
strategy.

Rebecca Sato is a fashion stylist, creative director and former
fashion show producer who has successfully produced several
fashion events all around the Los Angeles area. She currently                OWNER)
produces fashion editorial layouts from photo shoots featuring her
fashion styling efforts, and is responsible for creating type and
handling layout/uploading of the editorial content for her other
business website www.brightlightsla.com. She has several years
experience in the fashion industry and her specialties include visual
communications and print communications, such as visual
merchandising, fashion styling and catalogue development.

                    Catherine Asanov is a Fashion, Advertising & Commercial Photographer who
                    specializes in: Fashion & Style Photography, Production, New Company
                    Branding, Graphic Design & Website Services. She has over 5 years experience
                    in the fashion industry and has a Bachelors Degree in the Photography Major.

SUMMARY
     Syndicate Creative Branding is a Los Angeles based graphic
design and visual communications firm. Syndicate will be concentrating on corporate
identity of established companies, and their target market is emerging, local and
established contemporary apparel design companies locally/internationally. Syndicate
Creative Branding will offer companies a fresh perspective regarding corporate
identity and visual communication. will operate out of a 2,500 sq. ft. live/work loft
space in downtown Los Angeles. The company will launch with a creative team of 6
people and will grow their customer base by providing clients with well-priced projects
due to reasonably low overhead, creative, practical designs that add more value than
competing graphical art firms, and superior customer attention.

Both co-owners/business partners Rebecca Sato and Catherine Asanov have extensive
work experience in business management, sales/marketing, and both have been
operating/networking as freelance artists in the Los Angeles area for over ten
years. Together, they aspire to bring both an aesthetic design focus as well as a
practical, quantitative mindset that will add value to the service offerings by creating
solutions that have both creative elements combined with rational, business ideas.
Syndicate Creative Branding will reach profitability by month nine and plans to
generate app. $550,000 by the end of the first year.

PERMITS: (LLP) Limited Liability Partnership-
We will draft a partnership agreement with our
legal attorney once established. Documents to
be filed: “Certificate of Assumed Name” with the
LA County Clerk, downtown Los Angeles.

TAXES: We are not responsible for tax paying
on our own
income. However, we will account for and pay
taxes on the money distributed to us.

LIABILITY: Limited Partnership- Catherine
Asanov will be the general partner and will
remain fully personally liable for all partnership
debts. The limited partners liability is limited to
the extent of capital contributions to limited
partnerships.

She has several years experience in the fashion industry and her specialties include visual communications and print communications, such as visual merchandising, fashion styling and catalogue development.   • 4. SUMMARY Syndicate Creative Branding is a Los Angeles based graphic design and visual communications firm. Syndicate will be concentrating on corporate identity of established companies, and their target market is emerging, local and established contemporary apparel design companies locally/internationally. Syndicate Creative Branding will offer companies a fresh perspective regarding corporate identity and visual communication. will operate out of a 2,500 sq. ft. live/work loft space in downtown Los Angeles. The company will launch with a creative team of 6 people and will grow their customer base by providing clients with well-priced projects due to reasonably low overhead, creative, practical designs that add more value than competing graphical art firms, and superior customer attention. Both co-owners/business partners Rebecca Sato and Catherine Asanov have extensive work experience in business management, sales/marketing, and both have been operating/networking as freelance artists in the Los Angeles area for over ten years. Together, they aspire to bring both an aesthetic design focus as well as a practical, quantitative mindset that will add value to the service offerings by creating solutions that have both creative elements combined with rational, business ideas. Syndicate Creative Branding will reach profitability by month nine and plans to generate app. $550,000 by the end of the first year.
