What is TEEs care?
”ONLY HAPPY PEOPLE ARE ABLE TO FIND A
SOLUTION AND BRING RESULTS”
Trainees care is something that helps trainees to fulfill their expectations
from the project.
As TEEs care we can mark almost everything that is linked to the project and
influence our TEEs.
Key aspect of TEEs care is a good communication.
3 of 15
Why to do TEEs care?
NPS is our tool for
measuring satisfaction of
our TEEs.
We are directly influenced
by their responses and we
can get a feedback from
them this way.
But it can be just a number!
Membership in AIESEC can
be our second goal of doing
good TEEs care, because I
believe we should be role
modeling during internship
our AIESEC experience and
help our TEEs to try this
experience in their country.
But how will we do it?
More people coming to our
LC is the reason which can
be directly influenced by
their joining AIESEC.
We can use our ranking and
new members to attract
more people for our LC.
How can we influence it?

How to do TEEs care?
NPS is really important for
international Exchange and
in the future it can influence
partnership of your LCs.
• Session about NPS
• Setting up comm
• Everything we do
Membership in AIESEC in
their country isn’t so
important for us, but we
cannot forgot on it.
• Joining LC members
• Joining TEEs in LC
• Comm with host LCs
• Debriefings
More people coming to our
LC is something that we all
want. But they need to
know why to come there.
• Recomendations
• Making extra materials
• Staying in touch
• Recruiting for us (as @)

How we do TEEs care?
TN forms opening - we are focusing on really quality TN form.
We are using national template with few upgrades
• Embeded booklet, hiding TN manager email
• Video about Hradec Králové (only video)
Matching process – focus on quick communication and
diverse countries for the project. Good knowledge of project
among our members.
• Sending AN back ASAP, next Skype after match
Buddy – buddy is responsible for communication with
segment of TEEs. They know they can ask him what they need
and he/she will help them.
• Doesn’t need to be matcher

How we do TEEs care?
Pickup – We are sending allways at least one member for the
TEEs. There is no excuse for not picking him up.
• Good communication among team
• Responsible people for airport
Trip – We are planning to offer our TEEs trip to Prague or
some other place before the PW (they will pay a fee)
• Respo member for trip
• Budget of the trip
Welcome party – first or second day in Hradec we are doing
Welcome party with our LC members. We want bring
internationality into region, so we are starting by our people.
• Usually connected with LC meeting

How we do TEEs care?
Preparation Week – most important part for delivering
quality. Agenda is focused on teambulding, knowledge of
project, NPS and soft skills
• Time for all to present their presentation and get feedback
City booklets – we are preparing booklets for cities with its
most important places and events during their staying.
• Online or offline
• Just opportunity – not obligatory
Delivering to schools – delivering TEEs to schools and giving
them to their families or accomodation
• At least one AIESECer or rather two
• Profesionalism and first contact with families
9 of 15
How we do TEEs care?
Opening ceremony – TEEs know the concept of opening
ceremony from PW and they are prepared to introduce
themselves and attract children
• Final word has the school
Global Village – At least one AIESECer on GV for preparing it
and taking pictures of it. Good communication with TEEs and
school about things they need
• School can take pictures
Closing ceremony – really individual ceremonies, mostly
managed by schools who want to thank.
• Only support role – taking TEEs to station etc.
• Possibility to get first feedback

How we do TEEs care?
Bye-bye party – last week of project. Another event with LC
members and invited people from schools.
• Communication
• Small presents
Departure – helping them with finding the right plane.
• We are not delivering them to airport.
Weekends planning – Every week our members are helping
TEEs to find trains or buses for their weekend trips. They are
also helping them with finding interesting places.
• LC members can join them
11 of 15
How we do TEEs care?
Host families communication – business cards are delivered
to host families on delivery to school
• They send their number and can call anytime
• Small present at the end and filling form
Internet connection – Most important for TEEs :D
• Inform families about it
• Find them places with free WiFi
Mobile phones – even they dont want to have Czech SIM
cards sometimes, it is really useful to have chance to call them
• Give them numbers of whole team
• They can call anytime (to someone)
12 of 15
Even media appearence can help!
„Let them feel they are stars.“
Our TEEs were really thrilled by the fact
that they were something as a stars during
the project and that they were asked to
make an interview with TV and papers.
• Offer it as opportunity
• Make some materials with them
• Help them to be the stars
(Don’t be taking video with Indian girls
close to exercising boys – they are not able
to focus)

Happy schools make happy TEEs
Communication is one of
the most important things
during preparation and
realization of project.
Schools and TEEs must
know, that they can contact
you anytime with their
problem.
Solve every problem!!!
Professionalism is second
thing that is really important
for our stakeholders. We are
the first who is representing
AIESEC and we must be
professionals.
If we are not professional,
we can ruin work of our
TEEs.
Expectations and their
setting is probably the most
important part. We are the
one who is helping them
with it and we need to hold
them down from the
begining.
Low expectations make
awesome results.
14 of 15
Don’t forget these things
Communicate with them from the begining
Help them with their expectations – inform them about school expectations
Don’t forget them at the airport
Remember on small details (PPT, Welcome board, certificates)
Make events for their whole group
Communicate with school about their ideas
Don’t let schools to spoil them, BUT try to help them as much as possible
Show them how is it to be AIESECer
Let them feel they are welcome here
Set up some rules together and let TEEs obey them

Thanks for listening
