What is TEEs care?
”ONLY HAPPY PEOPLE ARE ABLE TO FIND A
SOLUTION AND BRING RESULTS”
Trainees care is something that helps trainees to fulfill their expectations
from the project.
As TEEs care we can mark almost everything that is linked to the project and
influence our TEEs.
Key aspect of TEEs care is a good communication.

Why to do TEEs care?
NPS is our tool for
measuring satisfaction of
our TEEs.
We are directly influenced
by their responses and we
can get a feedback from
them this way.
But it can be just a number!
Membership in AIESEC can
be our second goal of doing
good TEEs care, because I
believe we should be role
modeling during internship
our AIESEC experience and
help our TEEs to try this
experience in their country.
But how will we do it?
More people coming to our
LC is the reason which can
be directly influenced by
their joining AIESEC.
We can use our ranking and
new members to attract
more people for our LC.
How can we influence it?

More people coming to our
LC is something that we all
want. But they need to
know why to come there.

Buddy – buddy is responsible for communication with
segment of TEEs. They know they can ask him what they need
and he/she will help them.
• Doesn’t need to be matcher

Internet connection – Most important for TEEs :D

Even media appearence can help!
„Let them feel they are stars.“
Our TEEs were really thrilled by the fact
that they were something as a stars during
the project and that they were asked to
make an interview with TV and papers.
• Offer it as opportunity
• Make some materials with them
• Help them to be the stars
(Don’t be taking video with Indian girls
close to exercising boys – they are not able
to focus)

Happy schools make happy TEEs
Communication is one of
the most important things
during preparation and
realization of project.
Schools and TEEs must
know, that they can contact
you anytime with their
problem.
Solve every problem!!!
Professionalism is second
thing that is really important
for our stakeholders. We are
the first who is representing
AIESEC and we must be
professionals.
If we are not professional,
we can ruin work of our
TEEs.
Expectations and their
setting is probably the most
important part. We are the
one who is helping them
with it and we need to hold
them down from the
begining.
Low expectations make
awesome results.

Don’t forget these things
Communicate with them from the begining
Help them with their expectations – inform them about school expectations
Don’t forget them at the airport
Remember on small details (PPT, Welcome board, certificates)
Make events for their whole group
Communicate with school about their ideas
Don’t let schools to spoil them, BUT try to help them as much as possible
Show them how is it to be AIESECer
Let them feel they are welcome here
Set up some rules together and let TEEs obey them
