What I read, observed, experienced, experimented, critically analyzed and agreed as my believes a.k.a the way I am living or wanted to live to stand on my principles and to reach my goals.

My Attitude
1. What I critically analyzed, experimented and experienced and come to a belief . . .
The way I am living or wanted to live
2. Believe nothing. Where ever you read it or whoever said it
even if I have said it, unless it is agreed by own reasoning
and common sense.
- Buddha
3. This is what I experienced most and learned through my struggled
experience in education and in job trails.
That time I was in deep frustration with my purposeless studies - Not performed well
in EAMCET. In B.Tech, I didn’t attend final exams for 22 times. In the final year I wrote 14 exams,
lot of failures before getting a job (I couldn’t through first round itself in most of the interviews).
It took almost 18*7 effort for an year to get the job. Not progressing as expected in my job.
In those times, I read the book ‘The Magic of Thinking Big'. I came to know why I
failed to achieve big in my life even though I worked hard enough.
Started experimenting what I learned from that book in my job. Aha!! results are
really magic for me. ('Operation 100 minutes' task which I did in my company was the first
experiment). After this I never allowed my thoughts to underestimate me.
No change in my hard work but just by changing the way I think, now I am living in a
way I was dreamed for many years .
Attitudes are more important thanintelligence
I have listed some inspiring thoughts from ‘the magic of thinking big’ @ http://www.slideshare.net/bdhanunjaya/the-magic-of-thinking-big-5928338
He who believes is able, is able.
4. DEFINITE PURPOSE and FAITH in its achievement is the starting point for any achievement
I had been getting close but not reaching my goal to become a developer (when I was
working as a test engineer in my first company Cordys) even after thinking big.
With the hope given by The Magic of Thinking Big, I started reading another book - ‘Think
and Grow Rich’ by Napolean Hill. Hill revealed THE LAW OF SUCCESS in that book.
I made my goal definite, truly believed in its achievement and decided not to loose at any
cost. I committed to get the Programmer designation by feb19th 2010. If not decided to
resign for my job. Achieved it before my target date. First notable achievement in my
career. After lot of failures in life this was a big relief for me and it showed me the definite
way to win.
WOW!!! what an amazing experience it was!!! Having a clear goal, truly believing in it's
achievement, continuously improving my attitude and abilities to make my dream true.
What the mind of man can conceive and believe,it can achieve.
Once again perfectly experienced the Hill’s law of success with
my wante’D mission - Joined in my dream company, Pega.
(Pega is #1 in the domain I was working).
5. Live Passionately
So I decided to have passion for my job to perform better in my job and career with ease
Becoming passionate about programming was my theme for year 2010.
Committed to build a great career in IT and continuously visualized as a great programmer.
Don't want to be afraid of any kind of programming.
Tried to conceptually understand many programming and design concepts.
Read lot of programming related articles.
Applied gaming theory to programming. Practiced Code Kata.
Used the passion generated principle ‘Know The Basics And Get The Big Picture'.
Tried to understand software business and software job market.
Read some programmer books - 'The Pragmatic Programmer‘, ‘The Passionate Programmer’
and 'Code Complete'.
Explored for better ways to Debug. Because this is where we spend most of the time as a
programmer.
Enjoying the journey of 'Novice Programmer to Pragmatic Programmer'
I understood that, we can generate passion on any field if we decide.
Progress and mastery creates passion in any field.
To live every day happily and effectively, I should like my job/work better than any
other thing because that is where I spend most of my time in a day.
LOVE WHAT YOU DO or quit and search for what you love until you find it.
This is the only way to LIVE every day.
When some less productive days started in my job, I did some research on my activities and understood that -

P/PC (balance between Producing and improving production capability)
TRUTH
Requires lot of courage to follow but in return it gives us the ultimate strength
Positive Affirmations
Self Talk to sell yourself on your self. Simplest way to programming your brain to perform it as you like.
Pain– Change- Pleasure
Change is sure when at most pain is linked to current situation and at most pleasure is linked to the change you want to see.
To – read /explore /practice /implement list
Don't let any of your ideas escape. Document every thing.
8. I don't consider others by their region, religion, caste, social or financial status.
I judge others just by their attitude.
( This I learned from my Father )
9. Live your life for something which is more important than your life.
He who has a why to live can bare with almost anything in life.
want to read Viktor Frankl ‘s ”Man's Search for Meaning”
To support suffering people in a big way, I want more success and more importantly, I should become good at understanding human
emotions and gain knowledge to provide creative psychological solutions to problems.
My final purpose would be . . .
10. Perform your duty by body, mind, intellect, and senses,
without attachment, only for self-purification.
