  6. 6. Cake Day: strategy Locations : 20 strategic locations How: a day dedicated only for employees Frequency: monthly Tools: communication implemented on intranet (450 unique daily visitors)
  7. 7. Cake Day: leadership engagement Participation : 21 top and senior managers All 20 strategic locations are visited on rotational basis Formal presentations delivered by managers based on topicalities Gathering insights from employees Platform for spreading good news and other hot discussions

Cake Day: employee engagement Informal part : tasting a cake, networking, open discussions, celebrating successful projects Recipes for cake sent and selected by employees every month Acknowledgements: employees thank their colleagues and give symbolic Thank-You prizes Presentation material and surveys available on the intranet after the Cake Day
