Cake Day: employee engagement Informal part : tasting a cake, networking, open discussions, celebrating successful projects Recipes for cake sent and selected by employees every month Acknowledgements: employees thank their colleagues and give symbolic Thank-You prizes Presentation material and surveys available on the intranet after the Cake Day
