4. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Please bring 02 (Two) copies of this Admit Card affixing your 02 (Two) recent recognizable
passport photographs duly signed by you and attested by a gazetted officer or Principal of a
recognized College or an Officer of a Public Sector Undertaking in both the copies of Admit
Cards to the examination centre failing which you will not be allowed to enter in the
Examination Hall.
2.
The invigilator at the examination centre shall sign on both the copies of the admit cards. One
copy of the admit card shall be collected by the invigilator while the second copy will be
retained by the candidate for submission at the time of Interview, if shortlisted.
3.
Bring atleast Two Black Ball Point Pens for the Examination Centre. Answers of questions
are to be given by the candidate in the Computerized OMR Answer Sheet with Black Ball
Point Pen only by darkening the circles.
4.
You are requested to reach Examination Centre at least 30 minutes before the commencement
of the Examination. No candidate will be allowed to enter the Examination Hall after the
expiry of 30 minutes from the scheduled time of commencement of examination.
5.
Use of books, Notes and Copying or Receiving/Giving Assistance not allowed. No calculator,
separate or with watch, pagers, mobile phones, books, slide rules, foot rules, note-books or
written notes will be allowed inside the examination hall. Any candidate who is found either
copying or receiving or giving assistance will be disqualified.
6.
The Question Booklet & OMR Answer Sheet for Paper-I and Question-cum-Answer Booklet
for Paper-II supplied to the candidates must be returned intact to the Invigilator. Any
candidate trying to tamper / take them away or found in unauthorized possession is liable to
be prosecuted and the candidature of such candidates will also be cancelled.
7.
The Scheme of Examination is already notified in the Employment News dated 20 – 26
November 2010.
8.
Any requests for change of centre/venue will not be entertained. In case you download two or
more Admit Cards due to multiple applications etc, staple them together and surrender all of
them to the Invigilator.
