Complaints about the lack of a child's hearing.
Objective study: Auricles are symmetrical. At otoscopy: clean ear canals, eardrums
are intact, gray with distinctive signs.
Tympanogram, stapedial reflexes study (Impedance Ineracustics AT 235h,
Denmark): right ear – type “A”, left ear – type “A”. Stapedial reflexes are not caused
at an intensity of 100 dB.
Otoacoustic emission (SOAE), emission is not registered on the right or on the left
sides.
Short-latency auditory evoked potentials (SLAEP) in a condition of natural sleep.
SLAEP: registration thresholds of V wave per click: on the right – V wave is
authentically not registered at the intensity of the stimulus of 100dB HL, on the left –
V wave is authentically not registered at the intensity of the stimulus of 100dB HL.
At the audiogram: two-sided deep lesion of sound perceiver of auricular analyzer,
two-sided sensorineural deafness. Hearing loss in the area of voice frequencies above
100 dB on the right and on the left.
Diagnosis: double-sided sensorineural deafness.

2.  MCC by the place of living in order to solve the problem with the clearance of
the social State aid according to the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine
from 24.11.2001 № 454/471/516, section IX, par. 3 N90.3;
 Observation at children's audiologist; register "D" with ENT physician by the
place of living;
 Hearing Aid – free heavy duty digital hearing aid is issued on June, 09, 2015,
tuning was held, recommendations were given.
