The participants join in when they
become seniors and the year after. We
have also decide to support them as
long as the project exist.

4. GOALS
• Get a job

Increase the compentens of the participants

• Learn about the rules a,s,o on the workplace.
• Support with authoritycontact,doctors,help with applications.

• 23 p. year 5 participants
• 18 p. year 6 participants

7. Results
Before the project started
5% did get a job.
Now 60% has a job.
85% at work or practice.

• 3 has ceased, 1 of the participants has started
on a daycarecenter
