www.igra-hr.com was founded October 2008 with the purpose of providing a
full range of professional services to employers and applicants of computer
game industry . As we are Ukraine based Agency, our precious wish is not
only provision assistance to Ukrainian game companies, but also facilitating
western companies and Ukrainian game specialists meeting each other in the
most convenient way.

Ukrainian game development labor market consists of
independent professionals (full-time and part-time
specialists) and outsourcing companies.
•   The sources of game specialists:
     Higher educational establishments. To date the
    system of higher education in Ukraine has 916 institutes of
    higher.    This   number      includes   224     educational
    establishments of III-IV accreditation level (universities,
    academies, institutes) and 274 of I-II accreditation level
    (specialized schools and colleges). There are also 113
    private educational establishments of III-IV accreditation
    level and 83 of I-II accreditation level. Leading Ukrainian
    Universities are as follows: Taras Shevchenko National
    University of Kyiv, National Technical University of Ukraine
    quot;Kyiv polytechnic institutequot;, National Academy of Fine Art
    and Architecture, Kiev National University of Constructions

   Mediation between developing companies and
    Ukrainian outsourcing companies. The Agency goes
    between western developing companies who look for
    outsource to Ukraine, and Ukrainian outsourcing game
    companies. This facilitates their meeting each other
    with the best convenience and assures the interests of
    both parties.
   Mediation between developing companies and
    publishing companies.
   The Agency goes between western developing
    companies who look for publishers in Ukraine and
    Russia, and Ukrainian/ Russian publishing companies.
    This facilitates their meeting each other with the best
    convenience and assures the interests of both parties.
   The Agency goes between Ukrainian developing
    companies who look for a western publisher and
    publishing companies. This facilitates their meeting
    each other with the best convenience and assures the
    interests of both parties.
   Completing a team for appointed work, new project
    start, opening a representative office in Ukraine. This
    service may include:
           selection of team members;
           selection of Team Lead / Head of Office;
           office rent (if required);
           office equipping (if required);
           office management during the agreed start period
            (if required);
           HR servicing the team/ representative office
            within the agreed period or permanently.
   Search and selection of individual specialists. This
    service includes (on the Client’s request):
         selection of candidates in compliance with the
          professional and personality requirements of an
          employer;
         interviewing;
         testing the selected candidates;
         providing the employer with professional and
          personality descriptions of the selected specialists;
         support of employment negotiations;
         one free replacement of specialist within one month
          from the date of hire.
   Services of translation/ interpretation. Agency
    provides translation/interpretation services from/ to
    Russian, Ukrainian and English languages. Agency
    translators work with the Trados Translator's Workbench
    and Trados Multiterm, which provide possibility for exact
    terminology use and accumulation of translating
    experience. Native speakers from UK and US cooperate
    with Bureau, ensuring correct stylistics of translation to
    the purpose language and natural perception of the texts
    by those, who they are intended for.
   Language courses. Agency provides language teaching
    which facilitates communication between team members
    and western offices.
   Travelling services. These services include (on the
    Client’s request):
           Meeting at the airport in Kiev;
           Accommodation;
           Arranging free time (sightseeing, catering);
           Visa arrangements for Ukrainian travelers;
           Booking travelling tickets.
