Protect your data using following steps:
Use firewalls, anti-virus or other
security software.
Learn to recognize suspicious
activities/messages by reviewing your
credit report.
Don't share or carry your
Social Security Number or card unless
necessary.

contacted by accounting
professional or IRS regarding:
The tax return is filed more
than once using the same
SSN.
If warnings against the
additional tax, refund offset
or collections is received for
the year in which tax return is
not filed.

income received.
