Andy is a cross-over professional with experience in finance, private equity, entrepreneurship and product management. Having lived and worked in China for six years, he is equipped with a bilingual and bicultural perspective. Andy is currently at Gusto (formerly known as ZenPayroll), an innovative SaaS start up offering Delightful, Modern Payroll, where he works on finance and business operations. Most recently, Andy helped to build Jet Li and Jack Ma’s fitness/lifestyle start-up Taiji Zen in Beijing as employee #1. He also accompanied Jet Li on worldwide travels and negotiated several high profile advertising deals on his behalf. Prior to that, Andy helped launch Silver Lake’s Asia
