2. 將 gov 以「零」替代成為 g0v，從零重新思考政府
的⾓角⾊色，也是代表數位原⽣生世代從 0 與 1 世界的視
野。g0v.tw 以開放原始碼的精神為基底，關⼼心⾔言論
⾃自由、資訊開放，寫程式提供公⺠民容易易使⽤用的資訊
服務。資訊的透明化能幫助公⺠民更更確實了了解政府運
作、更更快速了了解議題，不被媒體壟斷，也才可有效
監督政府，化為參參與⾏行行動最終深化⺠民主體質。

In the societies of control, on the other hand, what is
important is no longer either a signature or a number, but
a code: the code is a password, while on the other hand
the disciplinary societies are regulated by

becoming network。但每個⼈人真的都可以 (capable)
連結，成為⿊黑客嗎？
• 開放協作是超越 digital activism vs digital
governance 的 可能嗎？
• “開放” 作為「意識型態風貌」 (ideoscape) ，在不同
的科技、場域、語⾔言中不斷地被轉譯，以它無所不包
的傘，連結更更多衝突與⽭矛盾，建構起⿊黑客們對科技政
治的未來來進⾏行行式。
