Meet the Founders in Israel
This campaign aims to initially provide 1,500 Holocaust survivors living in Israel with
a unique lifesaving medical bracelet, free of charge, as a show of respect, care and
gratitude for their contribution.
After this initial campaign proves successful, we wish to continue fundraising until
each and every Holocaust survivors is provided with this lifesaving technology.
There are over 190,000 Holocaust survivors living in Israel, many of whom suffer
from multiple medical conditions and require our help now as much as ever.
We are excited to have teamed up with United Hatzalah through their Ten Kavod
("Give Respect") program to bring this lifesaving technology to those that need it
most: Holocaust Survivors.

The Ten Kavod program addresses the special medical needs of the lone elderly
and those at-risk, with particular focus on Holocaust Survivors.
In an effort to prevent Holocaust survivor's medical condition deteriorating and
requiring emergency medical care, medics visit their home 4 times a month to
monitor blood pressure, sugar levels and medication compliance. Their up-to-date
information will be inputted into their MyMDband proﬁle, both for future visits and in
case they ever require emergency care. As an added bonus, these friendly and
caring visits often do more for their well-being than a tray full of medications.
At MyMDband we assembled a team of medical professionals, technology experts
and patients just like you and me to come up with a solution to one of the most
critical problems which exists today in emergency medicine, one which is estimated
to lead to the death of hundreds of thousands of people every year in the US alone! -
Lack of access to a patient's medical information at the time of an emergency.

MyMDband is an innovative lifesaving medical emergency bracelet that speaks for
you, even when you can’t and provides medical personnel with instant access to the
information they need to provide you with the best care, everywhere.
The MyMDband system uses the built in GPS of the phone that scanned the
bracelet to notify your emergency contacts that you are in need of assistance and
your location.
We have integrated our systems with the United Hatzalah emergency dispatch
system, so that whenever a Holocaust survivor is in need of assistance, when their
bracelet is scanned,the emergency dispatch center is automatically alerted.
We are an Israeli start-up with a world-wide distribution, aimed at providing Better
care. Everywhere. Our team is comprised of medical professionals, technology
experts and patients just like you.
OUR EMOTIONAL ATTACHMENT
Our co-founders Elly and Gidon have both had negative experiences with medical
care whether as patients or when caring for their loved ones. A couple of life
threatening experiences, due to lack of access to critical medical information,
motivated them both to come up with a solution to this problem.
As a volunteer ambulance EMT, Gidon has encountered countless times situations
in which the MyMDband technology would have made a big difference if only the
patient had one.
COMPANY DEVELOPMENT
2012 • Incorporated in Israel as Archi Medics Global Group LTD.
2013 • Assembled a team of experts to develop a solution.

2013 • Raised initial capital for R&D and patent writing.
2013 • Started to develop MyMDband.
2014 • Incorporated in New York, the United States, as MyMDband Inc.
2014 • Built a network of marketers and distributors around the world, including:
Australia, Canada, France, Israel, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United
States.
2014 • Translated the system to English, French, German, Hebrew, Russian and
Spanish. Created localized medication lists for the US, UK, Canada, France,
Switzerland, Israel, Chile and Australia.

Distribution of MyMDband Medical Bracelets in Sderot

On Wednesday, December 23rd, 2015, close to 80 ghetto survivors and WWII refugees from the
city of Sderot in Israel received our medical bracelets as a donation, together with ﬁnancial aid in
the form of grocery gift cards, thanks to the generous support of GAiN Germany.
Some of the elderly who experience falling or fainting on a regular basis expressed how grateful
they are to now have a medical bracelet to assist them in such situations and give them the
conﬁdence to leave the house. The bands were distributed by representatives of Helping Hand
Coalition, together with MyMDband and United Hatzalah of Israel volunteers, who were excited
to brighten up the day of the Holocaust Survivors.

2nd MyMDband Medical Bracelet Distribution in Tiberias
5 months ago
The second MyMDband distribution took place in Tiberias, on Tuesday, October 13, 2015, in
cooperation with United Hatzalah of Israel, coordinated by Helping Hand Coalition, and
sponsored by the Poriya Fund. This time, 59 medical bracelets have been distributed, making
that a total of 95 bracelets distributed so far in Tiberias.
The distribution took place in "Cafe Britania", a Holocaust survivors club in Tiberias Elite, and
was held for the Russian speaking Holocaust survivor group of Tiberias.

We've Passed 60% Thanks to Helping Hand Coalition's Anonymous Partner

We are very excited to announce that an anonymous United States-based partner organization
of Helping Hand Coalition recently contributed $18,500 to our campaign, equivalent to an
astonishing 514 medical bracelets for Holocaust survivors!
Over the past few years, this US-based organization has proven to be one of the most dedicated
and loyal American international organizations to support Helping Hand Coalition projects related
to Holocaust survivors living in Israel. Over the past decade, the organization has accumulated a
vast track record of activities such as: Humanitarian aid for Jews in the former USSR, helping
Jews make Aliyah from the former Soviet Union, supporting Holocaust survivors in Israel (by
providing dental care, eye glasses, food vouchers, individual support, co-sponsoring big festivals
for the elderly), humanitarian medical clinics in Africa (dental, eye glass and others), being
ambassadors for the Jewish people by creating mega events that bring worldwide awareness
and support for Judaism and Israel, and many other activities that were initiated in order to help
and bring support to the Jewish people.
Thanks to this remarkable contribution, our campaign for Holocaust survivors just passed the

Our lifesaving medical emergency bands are waiting for you to help them get to Holocaust
survivors in Israel. There are over 190,000 Holocaust survivors living in Israel, many of whom
suffer from multiple medical conditions and require our help now as much as ever.
Help us grant them with these bands as a show of compassion and care!

WE ARE PROUD TO LAUNCH OUR HOLOCAUST SURVIVORS CAMPAIGN ON CROWDMII
There are over 190,000 Holocaust survivors living in Israel, many of whom suffer from
multiple medical conditions and require our help now as much as ever.
Help us provide 1,500 initial Holocaust survivors living in Israel with this unique lifesaving
medical bracelet.
After the initial campaign proves successful, we wish to continue fundraising until each
and every Holocaust survivors is provided this lifesaving technology.
We are happy to partner with united Hatzalah of Israel to provide MyMDband to the
survivors.
