... I joined L’Oréal as a Product Manager in the Consumer Goods Division.
13. My first challenge in the world of Beauty as a Product Manager was
to gain the #1 position in the colorants market with a brand launch
L’Oréal Paris achieved more than 35%
market share and became the
market’s #1 outgrowing the category by a factor of 4!

And after reaching new market share
heights with Elsève Haircare
I became the Skincare Group Manager
in charge of Portfolio Strategy & Activities
15. To boost the men’s care category and market shares,
we created the Men’s Day with a 360° Promotion

negotiation skills as a Key Account Manager
... and turned the #1 client of L’Oréal
around after 2 years of negative growth.
