3. Seek and recruit employees;
Make sure every law employee’s

regulations are in order;
Managing human resources staff and
issues it may surface;
Seek the healthier way to keep the
company going forward;
Lead employees in the path the
company is looking for;
Hiring, supervising, training,
monitoring and dissmisal of staff.
4. Academic Requirements:
◦ Degree in Human Resources
◦ Master Degree in Organizational Management
◦ Administration Salaries and Compensation Programs.
◦ SAP HR training
◦ 100% English (writing and speaking)
◦ Able managing Internet and Office pack 2010
5. Experience of 3-5 year in the human
resources fields,
Able to work under presure and hostile
sittuations;
Ability to negociate and stablish group
leadershipness;
Succesful, with strategic vision, adaptable
to changes, creative, competitive and able
to work in teams;
Knowledge and skills on recruitment
selection, compensation, health and safety
areas of the staff.
6. Recruitment ways:
◦ Newspapers;
◦ Business magazines;
◦ Job fairs;
◦ Internet: recruitment web pages;
◦ Specialized companies: outsourcing.
7. Submiting CV (max 2 sheets) to the human resources
department.
Selecting candidates:
◦ Exhaustive revision of CV submitted;
◦ Set up of future interview;
◦ Make the interview;
◦ Assess the aplicant with some tests suitable to the job its
applying;
◦ Contacting references to assure what is told in the CV is legit;
8. ◦ Election of three posible candidates;
◦ Induction period of two paid months;
◦ Final election of the candidate to hire.

9. Selected staff will receive job training under
supervision by a two paid months period,
will also be teach how the company works
and how to develop in the job position that
it’s applying;
Then it will be officially assigned to the
rightful place and will sign the contract
