Arthur S. Miller is president and founder of Capital Preservation Strategies, a retirement planning company located in Highland Park, Illinois. Mr. Miller has been analyzing markets and implanting financial strategies since 1975. He began his career as a business consultant with closely-held family firms in Boston, where he specialized in invigorating companies who had reached a sales plateau. In 1986, Arthur S. Miller began to focus on retirement strategies and helping individuals implement financial plans to maintain their lifestyles once they finished working.
