8. Data Analysis
L3 – Constraints:
Getting a representative amount of vendors to attend
focus group
Techniques:
Focus group facilitated by same person who facilitated
training.
Participants will be asked to complete a questionnaire
assessing the impact of the training
Facilitator will prepare a one page summary report
detailing focus group outcomes
9. Evaluation Reporting
At the conclusion of the evaluation
process the stakeholders will receive
reports detailing the outcomes.
Some stakeholders will be asked to
prepare two goal oriented questions as a
result of the report and be prepared to
introduce and discuss them at the follow-
up meeting.
10. Time and Money
Level 1 and Level 2 evaluation results will be available
for reporting within 30 days of the training
Level 3 evaluation reporting will be available 12 months
after the training
Costs
The total cost of the evaluation plan is calculated at $550.
This amount covers the employee hourly wage associated
with material preparation and evaluation as well as any
materials needed for the evaluation.
