Add some juice to grains to flavor it avoid salt.
Lunch: You can eat any vegetable, preferably steamed/Boiled. You can
stuff up your vegetable with a spoon of olive oil, some salt, garlic salt
etc. For example have soup. Make a half hour difference between the
intake on water both before and after the meal.
