Our STaR charts are filled out every year by mandate, but the results are seldom discussed. What can we do to move in the right direction? The plan for technology and the orders to incorporate may come from the top down, but it's time we take control of our own technological destinies and do a little research of our own to find out how to better meet kids on their virtual territory.
