   1) Board of Engineers Malaysia’s Guidelines for Code of Professional Conduct spells that:
“A Registered Engineer shall undertake assignments only if he is qualified by education
& experience in the specific technical fields in which he is involved.” And “A Registered

statements when involved with work assignments.

   b) Speculate when an engineer’s shall face to the “conflict of personal interests” dealing
with their assignments related to the above statements.

   2) Engineer’s Act 1967 called for each engineering graduate to be registered with Board

registration is important and what are the benefits to the engineering graduates for
      enrolling with the registration.

   3) The Institution of Engineer Malaysia (IEM) and Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) are
two important bodies that govern the engineers in Malaysia. Explain the roles of these
      institutions and distinguish between them.

without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. As an
engineer, explain the challenges that involves with engineering environment and
suggest the methods to overcome it.

   5) The Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) and Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
are two important bodies that govern the engineers in Malaysia. Distinguish the
functions of these institutions and assess their contribution in national human
      resources development.

   6) You are engineering graduate with a BEM accredited bachelor degree from recognized
university. After five years of working in industry with proper guidance from
professional engineer, decide the proper ways to become a professional engineer. In
your opinion why you still have to attend the professional interview even though you
already have reasonably sufficient industrial working experience.

   7) “Ethical considerations are an integral part of making engineering decisions.” Defend
      your opinion.

registration is important and what are the benefits to the engineering graduates for
       enrolling with the registration.

   11) Your friend is an engineering graduate with a BEM non-accredited bachelor degree
from overseas university. He is intended to sit for Professional Exam entitled him as
