3. Tal Jackson | Vice President | Senior Principal
As Senior Principal and Founding Partner, Tal orchestrates a comprehensive team from initial planning through the design and
construction process to ensure a successful project for the client and the community. He is skilled in listening to client’s needs,
partnering in their vision and delivering creative design solutions. Tal has led design teams for destination resorts, master planned
communities, retail/entertainment and lifestyle centers, mixed-use and high-density residential developments, parks and memorials,
and estate residential projects. He brings specialized international experience with projects in Saudi Arabia, India, Indonesia, Italy,
The Philippines, China, Japan, and Mexico.
David Ling | Director of Design | Senior Principal
David is a Senior Principal and Director of Design who brings 20 years of design leadership in prominent projects in both the U.S.
and internationally. He is experienced in the design of destination resorts, master planned and golf course communities, parks and
recreation facilities, and retail/entertainment centers. Having traveled to over 30 countries in five continents, David brings a wealth
of design influences to his projects. His expertise spans concept design through the technical elements of project documentation.
David’s exceptional creativity and design skills bring life and inspiration to his projects.
Paul Wong | Senior Principal
With 20 years of experience, Paul has gained extensive experience in the planning and design of master planned communities,
merchant builder neighborhoods, mixed-use and high-density residential, community parks and recreation centers, and retail/
entertainment centers. He has led design teams from conceptual design through construction documents, and construction
administration. He has served as the lead consultant for large-scale community projects, coordinating interdisciplinary design
teams and leading the agency approval process.
Alex Polen | Senior Principal
Team Leaders | Experience Since joining the firm in 2002, Alex has played a large role in the growth of LandArcWest through his contributions in business
development, marketing, staff recruitment, and building strong professional relationships. He is noted for his creative design savvy,
leadership ability, and communication skills. He serves as team leader on major retail, urban mixed-use and high density residen-
tial, and office projects, bringing creativity and liveliness to each design. He is actively involved in all aspects of his projects, from
conceptual design through production of construction documents, coordinating interdisciplinary design teams, agency submittals,
and construction observation.
Rocco Campanozzi | Director of Construction
As Director of Construction with over 35 years of experience, Rocco is responsible for maintaining office standards for construction
documents, construction details and construction administration. These standards help ensure that each project utilizes state of
the art construction materials and practices in order that projects can be built in a cost effective and efficient manner. Rocco’s vast
resume in landscape design and construction management include: resort hotels, lifestyle centers, mixed-use developments, golf
courses and private estates.
Gabriel Lopez | Principal
Gabriel joined LandArcWest as a Principal in 2004 and is a Registered Landscape Architect with 19 years of experience specializing
in resort, recreation, and community design. He shares his passion for design with his clients and design team through creativity
and exceptional client service. Calling on his extensive world travels for inspiration, his design portfolio includes such prestigious
resorts as Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas, Marriott’s Shadow Ridge Resort in Palm Desert and the Hyatt Regency Huntington
Beach. Among his international projects are the Nandi Hills Resort in Bangalore, India; Dukuh Golf Legenda in Jakarta, Indonesia;
and the Costa Baja Resort in La Paz, Mexico.
Jerri Pick | Senior Associate | LEED AP
With a shared passion for both landscape architecture and interior design, Ms. Pick brings a unique perspective to her role
as Associate with LandArcWest. As a LEED AP, Ms. Pick has also worked quite extensively for the hospitality/resort industry.
Representative clients included PGA West, the City of La Quinta, Embassy Suites in Scottsdale and Los Angeles, the Wyndham Bel
Age Hotel in Los Angeles, and the Wyndham Emerald Plaza in San Diego.
