 Full body resistance training is the last piece
of the puzzle. Even though I am mentioning it
last does not mean that is not important. It
does many things for us. There is difference
between being skinny and fit. This is why you
can’t just diet to get the body you want. You
need resistance training be fit and look toned
or more defined. When you add resistance
training you will increase muscle mass.

 Nutrition is the most important factor. It is
how we control the calories that we have
coming into our bodies. Whether you want to
lose weight, get toned, gain muscle mass or
perform better for your sport you MUST focus
on your nutrition. No matter how hard you
exercise, you can’t out train a bad diet. We
have tips and programs for all goals.

 Cardio is another focus. This is a way that we
control our calories that are going out of our
bodies. While we are are doing cardio we are
burning calories and ultimately body fat. And
who doesn’t want to do that? Not only does it
help us control our calories but it also
exercises one of our most important muscles.
That would be the cardiac muscle, which is
our heart.
