5. SELECTION & RECRUITMENT METHODOLOGY
The recruitment options include advertisement, databank, & headhunt route. Consultant’s
methodology of Selection and Recruitment through databank / headhunt is being detailed hereunder.
The Selection & Recruitment assignment will be carried out in phases, as discussed herein.
PHASE I – UNDERSTANDING
Understanding client organization with regard to existing business activities, organization
structure and future growth plans.
Understanding requirements of positions including job title, principal accountabilities, Key
Result Areas (KRAs) / Key Performance Areas (KPAs), authority, external / internal
contacts, reporting and supervisory relationships, working conditions / environment, job
specifications, approximate compensation, location and other relevant details.
PHASE II - PRE SELECTION
Consultant will conduct preliminary interviews at various locations / detailed telephonic
interviews and submit a shortlist with recommendations to client. Coordinating and assisting
the client in final interviews, salary negotiation (if required) and final selection of candidates.
Following up till the selected candidate joins the client organization.
Contractual Obligations
Replacement: In case a candidate who is recommended by the consultant leaves (resignation)
within 3 months of joining "Client", the consultant shall provide a free replacement.
Payment Terms: The payment for the services shall be made in favor of “Millenna Professionals
Pvt. Ltd.” payable at New Delhi, within 30 days of the candidates joining.
CV Validity: If the Client hires the Consultant’s candidate within six (6) months for junior, mid level
and senior mandates from the date of submission of resume to the Client, the hire will be considered
as a result of the Consultant’s referral efforts. The Consultant will be paid as per the terms
mentioned as per clause in the Agreement mutually agreed.
External Communication: The Consultancy will not use the name of the Client in any other
communication except in the client lists used in marketing. The Consultancy will seek adequate
permission from the Client for use of the name and Logo of the Client in any other communication.
