What we do?
 • First, we try to understand bread in traditional way and find value of it.
 • Second, we try to look bread in new perspective. How to increase its value.

cooking a dough of flour and water
   and often additional ingredients.[1]

                                                                 [2] The Federation of Bakers
Bread as a food in different culture
                In America

In Minnesota, bread is found in many forms. but
Subway is a popular sandwich shop in America.
They ask you which type of Bread you want to
build your sandwich on, White, Wheat, French
Baguette, Whole grain. The baking bread smells
good, but it is fattening to eat for older people.
Bread as a food in different culture
In Thailand

Breads are not consider to be the main food, in
Thailand we eat rice. Bread in my country is like a
snack or a dessert, people here usually eat bread
between meals just to satisfy their stomachs.

And after observation at bread selling shop (It is
hardly to find bakery in my country, so they
baked in somewhere else and ship to the mall)
most of the bread products here are either small
sandwich, pizza, hamburger or bread that fill with
jam or butter.
Bread as a food in different culture
                 In Philippines

Bread is second most common food next to rice.
It's usually eaten during breakfasts and snacks.
Here, unlike in Thailand, it's common enough to
have bakeries that are often just few streets
                 apart.

Also, there's one type of bread that are used by
Catholics and Christians to sort of represent the
body of Christ. It's called sacramental bread, but
in local term, we call it Ostia.
Life of bread start when
Value of bread as a food begin when freshly
baked bread came out of oven.

“The smell of good bread baking, like the sound
of lightly flowing water, is indescribable in its
   evocation of innocence and delight...”

M.F.K. Fisher, The Art of Eating
Life of bread ends when
“Value of bread as a food ends when its pass expiration date (on bread clip)”
To persevere value of bread
According to the Department for Environment,
                                                  Food and Rural Affair, England

                                                                                                    [3]
“Bread is Britain's most wasted food”

Despite its ease and enduring appeal, 32% of bread
purchased by UK households is dumped when it could
                                                  be eaten.

                                                  To reduce wastage just simply
                                                  • Using a bread bin or cloth bag to keep bread.
                                                  • Freezing the bread.
                                                  • Share your bread with others.
