BodyTrack aims to create open source tools to help people better understand environmental triggers that affect their health conditions like allergies and asthma. The tools would allow people to measure factors like air quality, activity levels, sleep, and symptoms over time to explore relationships and check hypotheses. The goal is to empower individuals and support the growth of a community where people can discover ways to improve their quality of life through environmental exposure modification strategies.
