2. THREE OF MY FAVORITE ASSIGNMENTS
 Fours hours of community service: This was a favorite of mine because it really opened my
eyes to a number of things. One being how grateful I am for the life I have been blessed with.
Another being what great people live in this county coming together out of the greatness in
their hearts to help support others in need. And also that being a helping hand feels good.
 The scavenger hunt was another favorite simply because it really opened me up too looking
around the GCC website. It was an adventure that I never knew would be so helpful in the
future when need to go to another place on the website to contact someone in admissions.
And it was great to know where I can go for certain things.
 Another favorite assingment of mine was the assignment over cognition principles.
Identifying that just because im studying hard and long dosent mean im going to be
successful. That putting all concentration for a little bit at a time fully into that one subject
and not letting your mind wonder to social media outlets or just down the rabbit hole of
thoughts to be a successful student.

3. THREE OF MY FAVORITE JOURNALS
 Inner critic, defender and guide journal entry: This journal entry stuck with me because I was huge at
letting my inner critic rule my world. And also at times my inner defender. That doing these two more
than letting my inner guide steer me properly to help me learn. This opened my eyes to letting my inner
guide take over.
 Time spent daily entry: This entry really opened my eyes to how I spend my time on a dialy basis and
that if I go down the rabbit hole of social media, talking on the phone ect. My day will be consumed with
non proactive materials that don’t help me improve myself.
 Visualization of Important goals being met: This one was another favorite because it out me in the future
of to my first day of teaching and made me so eager to really want to feel those emotions that I wrote in
this entry.

4. WHICH WEEK I ENJOYED MOST
 I enjoyed week three a lot when learning and discussing about metacognition. That really learning about
what your learning and thinking what your thinking is a very important part of becoming a successful
student in school and in life. That being in the moment with no outside distractions and really thnking
about the thoughts you are having and really learning about your learning are all ways to get on the
path to success and building great metacgonition.

5. THREE LESSONS I WILL CARRY ON TO NEXT SEMESTER
 Always be open to self assessing your issues. If your failing a class check yourself. It's something I
personally am doing what can I change? What can I do more of?
 Use your energy in a positive Manor. If something you cannot control is going on don’t let it affect you
in a negative way. Always push through and thrive for greatness regardless what life throws in your
path.
 Always let your inner guide show you the way. Let your inner critic and defender help but always resort
back to your inner guide to help you grow and learn

 I have learned that I set borders for myself and if I don’t have a strong backbone with all of these
assessments that I will just let that wall I've built around myself control me and my success. That breaking
through and becoming self aware and confident in myself even if I fail to break down that wall and become
stronger and better from everything in school and outside of it.
